Intellectual Property Policy

Hauntlora respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from suppliers and customers. This policy explains the use of store content and how to report a concern involving a listing, photograph, video, logo or other material.

1. Ownership and permitted use

Copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property may belong to Hauntlora, suppliers, licensors or other rights holders. A product listing or link does not transfer ownership of those rights. You may browse the store and retain information reasonably necessary for your own purchase or records. Other use must be permitted by the rights holder or by law.

2. Product photographs, videos and supplier material

Supplier media should be used only where its use is authorized and it accurately represents the product offered. Images of a similar-looking product are not evidence of the model, package contents or features of another item. Brand names or marks shown on third-party products remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply an endorsement or affiliation beyond what is expressly stated.

3. Customer content

Submit only reviews, photographs and other content that you have the right to share. Do not include protected works or another person’s private information without a lawful basis. Where customer content is requested for advertising or another promotional use, the scope of that permission should be agreed for the intended use.

4. Reporting a concern

Email hauntlora@gmail.com with the subject “Intellectual property concern” and include:

• Your name and a reliable contact method.
• The work, trademark, design or other right you believe is affected.
• The exact Hauntlora page URL and the specific material concerned.
• A description of the issue and evidence of ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
• The action you are requesting and any information that may help identify a licence, permission or misunderstanding.

Provide accurate information in good faith. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. This contact process does not claim to appoint a registered statutory copyright agent or replace any notice procedure required by applicable law.

5. Review and response

We may request more information, contact a supplier or content provider, or restrict the disputed material while reviewing the matter. Where appropriate, we may correct a listing or remove content. Receiving a complaint does not establish infringement, and no particular legal outcome or response deadline is guaranteed by this policy. Applicable legal obligations take priority.
